Our apartments provide great value for money in a central location, ideal for business or exploring the city. The Eden Square development will be an integral part of Liverpool’s highly desirable new Garden Quarter. Our apartments are housed within the stunning glass enveloped tear drop shaped building on Hatton Garden and offer a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, all built to exceptional standards. Each apartment features a fully furnished lounge, kitchen/diner, bedroom and bathroom, and are designed to suit the modern lifestyle with facilities including LCD flat screen TVs with freeview channels. We are in an ideal location, nestled between the bustling city centre with all its shops, bars and leisure attractions and the ever expanding business and commercial districts. A security bond may also be required. Please contact the apartments directly for further details. Our office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 21:00. Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00. Sunday: 11:00 to 17:00. For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Please contact the apartments in advance for further information. Please note that bank holidays operate on Sunday hours. Groups policy: reservations of 5 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day, on any number of reservations will be considered a group booking.
This hotel has no meal services.
No deposit will be charged.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 12.00 per day.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
